2 Organists of every nationality may take part in the competition, regardless of age. The first prize winners of previous editions of the competition can not partecipate. |
3 The request to participate must be sent by June 22, 2012 via e-mail to concorsofanoadriano@gmail.com |
4 With the application form participants must send by e-mail: - passport photocopy - short curriculum vitae - photograph - program - receipt of entry fee The registration fee is € 50,00 per participant. Please remit it to the following IBAN IT34N0760115300000015819675 (Swift BIC BPPIITRRXXX), headed to the Pro Loco of Fano Adriano. This fee will not be refunded in the event the attendee withdraws his/her application. |

6 The competition will have elimination round and a final round. |
7 The jury, whose decision is final and not subject to review, will select the finalists; they must be present no later than 9:30 am on July 14, 2012 at the Church of Saints Peter and Paul in Fano Adriano. |
8 The rounds of the competition will be open to the public and the order of the contestants will be determined by drawing lots. Before performing, each participant must present to the secretary a document of identification and 3 copies of the pieces selected. |
9 In order to be admitted to the final round of the competition the competitors must execute a program of 17th-century organ repertoire (15 minutes maximum duration) including the Toccata Avanti la Messa della Domenica (Fiori Musicali, 1635) of Girolamo Frescobaldi. |
10 The final round will be a program chosen by the contestant, according to the sound resources of the instrument (20 min. maximum duration). |
11 Participants are responsible for travel and accommodation costs. |

13 Participation is limited to a maximum of 14 persons, who are selected on the basis of the date of receipt of registration. |
14 All participants accept the present regulation. |
